AI is a much-discussed topic - but only very few people know more about the technical background. The media artist Pit Noack has written a book that appeals to all people who want to learn more about it. It assumes no knowledge of programming or math and teaches the basics in a clear, entertaining and humorous way.

The illustrations by artist Sophia Sanner are not least responsible for the clarity and humor. With around 120 hand-drawn infographics and cartoons, the book can also score points with art enthusiasts.

Sixteen sample programs developed especially for the book invite you to try them out and experiment. These programs can be started on the book's website at the click of a mouse, without any download or installation.

At the event Pit Noack will demonstrate and explain some sample programs and explain the basic principle behind technologies like Chat-GTP and Co.

There will be some computers available for parallel testing. You will also have the opportunity to buy copies of a limited signed edition with a small original drawing by Sophia Sanner :)

Where: Künstlerhäuser Worpswede; Vor den Pferdeweiden 16, 27726 Worpswede, Germany When: 25.02.2023; 5 p.m. Duration: approx. 1 hour

We are looking forward to your coming! With warm regards. Your Künstler*innenhäuser
